How do we work?

Getting to know each other

There's no charge at all for the initial conversation about your project. The time it takes to understand your requirements, propose a solution and provide a quote is our investment in you, as a potential client.

Smaller task blocks

If requirements are unclear and/or for small blocks of work we charge by the hour. Please note that for new clients we have a minimum charge of 4 hours of work – this is necessary to cover our own initial time overhead.

Projects & development

For most projects and development tasks we typically are able provide a fixed price quote in advance. To do so we need clear requirements from the client, to enable us to calculate how long we’ll need to do the work.

Ongoing/repeating services

For ongoing/repeating services we’ll agree on a regular fixed fee. Common examples of this are service retainers, website maintenance plans, and regular SEO/speed site audits.
