How do we work?

Getting to know each other

There's no charge at all for the initial conversation about your project. Our first goal is to understand your requirements, propose a solution and provide a quote.

Projects & development

Once we've understood your goals and documented your requirements, in most cases we'll be able to immediately provide a fixed price quote for your project.

Smaller task blocks

For smaller blocks of development work – and/or when requirements are unclear – we're also happy to charge work by the hour at a standard hourly rate.

Ongoing services

For ongoing support we’ll be happy to agree on a regular fixed fee. Examples of this are service retainers, website maintenance and regular SEO/speed site audits.

Who's behind the agency?

Jay (UK) cut his teeth as a web developer & designer for 10 years, and started various online businesses along the way.

Michael (Germany) co-founded an eCommerce startup, which grew to 100 staff before being sold to a global corporation.

Dean (Croatia) worked as a retail manager before moving into web development about 5 years ago.
