Introducing
HV Digital
HV Digital is run by Jay (UK) & Michael (Germany) and exists in its current form since 2015.
There are currently 14 people in our team, with 5 different nationalities and spread over three locations, in Germany, the UK and Croatia.
Jay Haydon
From: Nottingham, UK.
Work: Started in management consultancy, then ran various online businesses before working as a freelance web developer & designer for 10 years.
Life: Jay has three kids and a dog. In his free time he likes to run and drink beer (but currently has no free time).
Michael Vietze
From: Berchtesgaden, Germany.
Work: Moved from big media to co-found the eCommerce startup stylefruits, which over 10 years grew to 100 staff and was eventually sold to Ströer.
Life: Michael has three kids and no dog. He loves management wisdom, drinking beer and working out in his basement.
Our Team
Location: Manchester, Munich and Zagreb
Team: Currently 14 people of 5 nationalities, with backgrounds as diverse as bookstore manager, university researcher and ... software developer.
Life: We speak English, German and Croatian and are champions at escape rooms and riding e-scooters dangerously.
Our Clients
Location: Mainly UK and Germany.
Type: We work with companies from all industries and of all sizes, from public institutions to large corporations to one-man-shows.
Profile: We love working with new clients, but are particularly proud to have certain clients with us now for almost a decade.
